The department is equipped with a well-organized Nursing Foundation Laboratory featuring advanced manikins, patient care units, hospital beds, procedure articles, audiovisual aids, and simulation equipment that facilitate experiential and student-centered learning. Regular demonstrations, return demonstrations, supervised practice sessions, and objective skill evaluations help students acquire confidence and proficiency in fundamental nursing procedures before entering clinical areas.

The Nursing Foundation Department promotes evidence-based practice, patient safety, infection prevention, communication skills, leadership qualities, and professional ethics.
