The Nutrition Laboratory of Carmel College of Nursing is spread over an area of approximately 900 square feet and is designed to provide practical training and demonstration facilities for nursing students in the field of nutrition and dietetics. The laboratory supports the development of knowledge and skills related to balanced diet preparation, therapeutic nutrition, food hygiene, and patient education. It is equipped with essential cooking and teaching facilities that help students gain hands-on experience in nutritional care.

Objectives

  • To provide practical knowledge regarding nutrition and dietetics.
